The Me Day Makeover is exclusively available at Stylist Level (Emily) every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, subject to availability.
When booking online, please make sure you select Emily (Stylist). The promotional price cannot be applied to appointments booked with another stylist or stylist level.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
The Me Day Makeover is available to all clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Stylist Level with Emily only, subject to availability.
Package Prices
The Me Day Makeover includes a Cut & Blowdry and your choice of:
• Essential Colour — £115
• Dimensional Colour — £145
• Full Bespoke Colour — £165
Colour Services
Essential Colour includes root colour or all-over colour.
Dimensional Colour includes half head foils or balayage.
Full Bespoke Colour includes full head foils or balayage.
Toner
Toner is not included in the Me Day Makeover price. Where required, toner can be added to the appointment for an additional charge.
How to Redeem
Clients must quote “Me Day Makeover” when booking by phone or add the promotion name to their online booking notes.
If the promotion is not mentioned when booking, the standard service price may apply.
Participating Appointments
Appointments must take place on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at Stylist Level to qualify.
Appointments booked with another stylist or stylist level, or outside the qualifying days, are not eligible for the promotional price.
Discount Application
The promotional price will be applied at checkout following completion of the qualifying services.
Other Offers
The Me Day Makeover cannot be used alongside another promotion, discount, membership, package or additional offer.
Public Holidays
The Me Day Makeover is not available on public holidays.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If an appointment is rescheduled outside the qualifying Monday to Wednesday period, or with another stylist or stylist level, the promotional price will no longer apply.
Lu’Esse Collective requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Non-Transferable
The promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another service.
Skin Testing
All colour clients must have the relevant and up-to-date skin allergy test before their appointment.
New colour clients, or clients who require an updated test, must complete their skin test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment. Without the required testing, we will be unable to carry out the colour service and cancellation charges may still apply.
General
All appointments are subject to availability.
Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Me Day Makeover promotion at any time.
