Terms & Conditions

​

• The promotion is valid from 21st October to 26th November 2026 inclusive.

• Qualifying appointments must be newly booked and completed within the promotional period.

• Clients must spend a minimum of £100 on eligible cutting and colouring services within a single appointment, before the £20 discount is applied.

• The £20 discount is applied to the qualifying appointment only and cannot be carried forward to a future visit.

• Consultations of any kind do not qualify towards the minimum spend or promotion.

• The offer cannot be redeemed against retail products, gift vouchers, hair extensions, hair replacement systems or any other non-qualifying services.

• The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher, gift card, membership benefit, package or salon credit.

• The discount has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.

• The offer is non transferable and may only be redeemed by the client who has booked the qualifying appointment.

• One £20 promotional discount may be redeemed per client during the promotional period.

• The promotion is subject to stylist and appointment availability.

• All appointments remain subject to Lu’Esse Collective's usual booking and cancellation policies.

• Colour appointments: A valid skin test is required at least 48 hours before the appointment for new colour clients, or where it has been more than 6 months since the client's last valid skin test. Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to refuse a colour service where a valid skin test has not been completed.

• Cancellations and rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in promotional benefits being forfeited and may be charged up to 100% of the appointment value in accordance with our Awareness & Fairness Policy.

• Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary.
