Eligibility

• Valid on qualifying appointments booked and completed between 3 August and 13 September 2026.
• A qualifying appointment must include a 45, 75 or 120-minute Colour service and a Cut booked together on the same day.
• Not valid with 20-minute Colour services, Cut only appointments, or Colour and Cut services booked on separate days.
• One promotional Scalp Facial option is available per qualifying client.

Scalp Facial Offer

• Choose either a complimentary Mini Scalp Facial or a Full Scalp Facial for half price.
• The Full Scalp Facial must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability.
• The chosen option cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another service.
• The Mini Scalp Facial does not include a conditioning or repair treatment. K18, Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate and Redken Acidic Colour Gloss treatments are available as additional paid services.

Children's Haircut

• One child receives 25% off a haircut per qualifying adult appointment.
• The child's haircut must be pre-booked no later than the day of the adult appointment.
• It must take place within the same calendar week.
• Discount applies to the haircut only and cannot be transferred.

​

Colour Services

• A valid skin test is required where applicable. Colour services cannot proceed without one.

​

General

• One redemption per client during the promotional period.
• Cannot be used with any other promotion, voucher, membership, package, gift card or discount.
• Subject to availability.
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in loss of promotional benefits and charges in line with our Awareness & Fairness Policy.
• Lu'Esse Collective reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

• A 25% booking fee will be required when booking your appointment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in a charge of up to 100% of your appointment charge, for more information please read our awareness & fairness policy.
