HOW TO CLAIM
It’s simple.
1. Book your appointment for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
2. Mention “Neighbours” when booking by phone or add it to your online booking notes
3. Bring proof that you own or work for an eligible local business, such as a work ID, business card or payslip

How close does my workplace need to be?
Your business or place of work must be located within 0.5 miles of Lu’Esse Collective.
Who qualifies?
The offer is available to owners and employees of local small businesses within the qualifying area.
What proof do I need to bring?
A business card, work ID or payslip showing your connection to the qualifying business is suitable.
When is the offer available?
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Can I use the discount on colour?
Yes, on qualifying colour services including balayage, highlights, root colour and all-over colour. 20-minute Express Colour and colour correction services are excluded.
Can I book with any stylist?
The Neighbours offer is not available at Director level.
Can I combine it with another offer?
No. The Neighbours offer cannot be combined with another promotion, discount, membership or offer.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Lu’Esse Collective Neighbours offer provides 15% off selected services to owners and employees of eligible local small businesses located within 0.5 miles of Lu’Esse Collective.
The offer is available Monday to Wednesday only. Proof of employment or business ownership must be presented at the appointment, such as a business card, work ID or payslip. Without suitable proof, the standard service price will apply.
The discount applies to qualifying cutting, colour, balayage, highlighting, root colour, all-over colour, blowdry and styling services.
The discount is not valid on:
• 20-minute / Express Colour services
• Colour correction services
• Treatment-only services
• Scalp Facials
• Retail products
• Gift cards
• Director level services
The Neighbours offer cannot be combined with another promotion, discount, membership or offer. Only one discount may be applied per appointment. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Appointments moved to a Thursday, Friday or Saturday will no longer qualify for the Neighbours offer.
COLOUR APPOINTMENTS & SKIN TESTING
All colour services require the relevant, up-to-date skin allergy test. Where a skin test is required, it must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Without the required testing, we will be unable to carry out your colour service and charges may still apply.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in loss of the promotional discount and charges in accordance with our Awareness & Fairness Policy.
All appointments are subject to availability. Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Neighbours offer at any time.
