FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who counts as a new client?
Your friend must either be completely new to Lu’Esse Collective or not have visited within the last 12 months.
When do I receive my £15 credit?
Your referral credit is awarded once your friend has booked and attended their first qualifying appointment.
What can the credit be used towards?
Referral credit can be used towards full-price Cut & Blowdry, Colour or Smoothing services.
How long is my credit valid for?
Your £15 referral credit is valid for 6 months.
Can I use more than one referral credit at once?
No. A maximum of one referral credit may be redeemed per visit.
Can it be combined with another offer?
No. Referral rewards cannot be used alongside another promotion, membership or discount.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Refer a Friend reward is available when an existing Lu’Esse Collective guest refers a new client who has not visited Lu’Esse Collective within the previous 12 months.
The referred client must mention the existing guest’s name when booking. Once the new client attends their first qualifying appointment, they will receive £15 off their first visit, and the referring guest will receive £15 credit towards their next qualifying service.
Referral credits can be redeemed against full-price Cut & Blowdry, Colour or Smoothing services and are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.
A maximum of one referral credit may be redeemed per visit. Credits cannot be used alongside another promotion, membership or discount and are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for retail products or other services.
Additional referral rewards, including selected local dining or wellbeing vouchers, may be offered at management discretion and are subject to availability.
Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time.
