Limited. Last-minute. Strictly controlled.
Standby appointments are a strictly limited opportunity to book a Cut & Blowdry at a reduced rate when last-minute availability arises in the salon.
Much like standby flights, this option is designed for guests who are flexible, available at short notice, and comfortable taking a chance.
Standby appointments are not guaranteed, not pre-bookable, and not available to everyone by design.
Standby Explained
Standby appointments are released weekdays only, and only when availability allows.
They are allocated at management’s discretion and operate under strict booking rules.
Morning Standby
Available between 9:00am – 12:30pm
Price From £30
To check availability, you must call the salon 30 minutes before we close on the previous weekday.
Standby appointments will not be allocated earlier than this.
There is no guarantee that standby appointments will be available.
Afternoon Standby
Available between 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Price From £35
To check availability, you must call the salon from 12:45pm onwards on the same weekday.
Standby appointments will not be allocated earlier than this.

Strict Standby Rules
Please read carefully before calling.
• Standby appointments are limited and not guaranteed
• Availability is decided solely by salon management
• Standby appointments are available weekdays only
• No standby appointments are available after 6:00pm or on Saturdays
• Standby appointments are Cut & Blowdry only
• Standby appointments cannot be added onto colour services or any other service
• You cannot choose your stylist — one will be allocated on arrival
• Standby appointments must be booked by phone only
• Please quote “Standby” when calling
• Standby appointments are not bookable online
Payments & Exclusions
Standby appointments cannot be paid for using gift cards, vouchers or memberships.
Standby appointments cannot be used alongside any other promotions or discounts, offers.
Upgrades & Additional Time
• Treatment upgrades can be added to standby appointments, but are charged at full standard price
• No treatment upgrades are offered at a reduced or standby rate
• Appointment times may be adjusted by the salon depending on hair length, thickness, or texture
• If additional time is required beyond the standby session, this will be charged as a Blowdry Extra Time fee

Standby appointments are best suited to guests who are flexible, spontaneous, and happy to take a chance.
If you prefer guaranteed timings, specific stylists, advance booking, or inclusive pricing, we recommend booking a standard appointment instead.
