Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Lu’Esse Collective. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in salon.

Some services may require a consultation prior to booking to ensure suitability and accurate timing.

Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% may be required to secure your appointment.

This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced and we cannot guarantee the full service.

Full service charges may still apply.

Patch Testing

All colour services require a valid skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you have not had a patch test within the last 6 months, or are a new colour client, a test is required.

We reserve the right to refuse colour services without a valid patch test.

Pricing

All prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required.

Additional time or services required will be charged accordingly.

Payments

We accept card and cash payments in salon.

All services must be paid for in full on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within their validity period.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

Children & Guests

For health and safety reasons, only clients receiving a service should be seated in the salon area unless agreed in advance.

Personal Belongings

We kindly ask that you take care of your personal belongings. Lu’Esse Collective cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where necessary, including where hair condition, medical reasons, or behaviour may affect the safety or outcome of the service.

Changes to Terms

Lu’Esse Collective reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
